4-Pack Terms & Conditions 2024

• This is the best deal if you plan on driving 3 to 6 days in 2024

No late fees. No cancellation fees. No change fees. Come and go as you please with no restrictions. If you want an instructor, the fee will be $110 and you must book 14 days in advance. Instructor fees are non-refundable, so if you cancel they are not refunded or credited.

• Days can not be shared, transferred to another driver, have no cash value, and will not carry over to the next season. They must all be used in 2024 or you can opt to receive a pro rated credit as shown below. 
• You cannot share a day with another driver.               
• Turning a wheel on track constitutes the use of a day.
• The 4-Pack does not guarantee entry if an event is full.
• Cancellation must be in-person or via email. "No Show" days will be forfeit.
• Includes the $105 Standard Discount Level, so when you use your 4 days, any days you purchase after are charged under the Standard Discount terms.
• Each day on track counts as 1 day. So 2 day events use 2 days.
• All sales are FINAL, no refunds, so do not purchase unless you are certain you want it and will use them all!

You cannot transfer, sell, gift, share, or otherwise give away your 4-Pack days. If you do not use all of your 4-Pack days in 2024, you can forfeit your 4-Pack, and have your 4-Pack payment converted to straight credits. Each event you did attend will be deducted from your credit balance under the following schedule:

• Used 0 Days: Balance is credited minus the $105 Standard Discount Fee
• Used 1 Day:  $105 Standard Discount Fee + $365 Event Fee + $35 Cancelation Insurance = $505 Deducted
• Used 2 Days: $365 Event Fee + $35 Cancelation Insurance + Day 1 = $905 Deducted
• Used 3 Days: $365 Event Fee + $35 Cancelation Insurance + Day 1 + Day 2 = $1305 Deducted

The remaining credit balance can be used for event or discount level purchases, but you will need to use it in the next season or they will expire. The credits will have no cash value, and cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred.
