Cancelation Policy & Lost Track Time
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you cannot make an event you registered for, you are free to sell your spot to another qualified student, or take a credit if you have purchased Cancellation Insurance as outlined below. We will not sell the spot for you, or get involved in any way if there was no insurance purchased. Purchased events, memberships, or pre-paid track time have no cash value, and no refunds will be given, no exceptions. All recompense will be issued as credits toward future events, and will expire 1 year from date of issue. Cancellation Insurance (CI) is available for $35 per day. This will allow you to take a 75% credit for Non-Members, or a 90% credit for Members minus the CI fee, and any late registration fee or instructor fee if you need to cancel. CI cancellations must be emailed to moe@moehpde.com or made in person by 9AM the morning of the event. Turning a wheel on track constitutes the use of a day, and no claims will be honored after that point. CI must be purchased at the time of registration. No call/No shows will not be refunded or credited for any reason. There can be no exception to any of the above policies. If you are unsure if you can make an event, do not drive in the rain, or are worried about mechanicals, buy Cancellation Insurance!
Additionally, it is possible during the course of the day that drivers may lose track time due to mechanical failures of both themselves and other drivers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen track conditions outside of the organizers control. This is an unfortunate consequence, but a regular occurrence in this sport. Once a participant has turned a wheel on track, their day is considered complete, and no credits, refunds, or other recompense is due.
Completion of this registration constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
