PRIVATE group Terms & Conditions 2024

•  Your own private HPDE run group, for just you and your friends.
• You set your own passing rules.
• You set your own session length, for a total of 2 hours of track time over the course of the day. Typically we run 6x 20 min sessions but you could run 4x 30 min, 2x 60 min, etc.
• Instructors can be provided for an additional fee of $135 each, booked a minimum of 2 weeks out.

• Event day must be booked, and paid in full, when you select your date.
• Your date will be reserved when payment is rendered in full. We do not accept deposits, or hold dates without payment.
• Event fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and date cannot be changed or moved.
• MoE HPDE runs rain or shine. 
• MoE HPDE will have the final say on the participation of any driver.
• All drivers must bring vehicles teched to MoE HPDE standards.
• MoE HPDE reserves the right to remove any driver from the event for unsafe or unruly behavior, or an unsafe vehicle. 

PRICE: $3999 for up to 10 drivers

$365 per additional driver over 10

$135 per instructor, payable 14 days before the event
